Our Executive Board will be traveling August 13 thru 20, 2016 to National Harbor, Maryland (Washington DC Area) and joining other NAPS branches from throughout the USA for 2016 NAPS National Convention.

On Sunday all delegates will need to register. Monday morning they will hold the Opening Ceremony. That afternoon the business session of the convention will start and run thru Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday is an open day giving all delegates a chance to tour the Washington DC Area and enjoy a little R&R.

The business session starts back on Thursday morning. On Thursday Afternoon we will have the nominations of all 21 national officers and all cities that are hoping to host the 2020 convention.

Friday morning starts with a reading of all branches and how many electoral votes each branch has. Then all ballots are passed out and voting takes place. After the ballots are collected the delegates will work on any unfinished business as the ballots are being counted and wait on the results of the election.

Friday afternoon all unfinished business will be completed and then all new National Officers will be sworn in. That evening the national convention ball will be held.
